When the temptation to clutter my personal Instagram feed with a comprehensive record of my culinary activities became too great to resist, I started an account dedicated to food. There I share my vegetable-centric home cooking and food preservation exploits with family and friends. This account was not started with the intention of building an audience, and production value was intentionally limited in order to prevent the hobby from becoming a second job. Nonetheless, my content has attracted some attention and has been re-posted by some food industry legends including Castle Valley Mill, D'Artagnan Foods, South River Miso, Spread Bagelry, Riverwards Produce, and Miami Fruits. While I am currently on hiatus from posting, I am still proud of the content that I've shared on the feed and hope you find it entertaining, inspiring, and informative!
