South Philly Food Co-op Community Visioning

At the South Philly Food Co-op, where I was a board member during the  financial and real estate planning phase, I launched a Strategy Subcommittee to undertake a visioning process to develop new mission, vision, and values language to improve engagement and alignment within the Co-op community. That mission statement is still in use today.
